It grades how much qualified evidence backs one outcome in a market over the last 24 hours — independent wallets, their Copy Scores, how much money is behind it, how one-sided the buying is, and how recent it is. It is not a probability, and it is not a prediction of how the market will resolve. Nothing in Polyscope predicts a resolution; everything shown is a measurement of public, on-chain trading activity.

Why do so few markets show a signal?

By design. Markets where the whales are already underwater, or where the outcome is effectively decided, are filtered out rather than shown as fake signals — and clusters only fire when at least four proven wallets above a Copy Score floor independently take the same side above a minimum size. Typically only a small share of scanned markets qualify at any moment.
